How Is Vexon Different?

1. Fun

We understand the “typical” web development process. Clients provide content and then it’s up to the designer to be creative and build something great that’s in-line with the client’s vision.

We’ve found that this creates an unnecessary back-and-forth with the client, delaying the process by weeks and sometimes months.

Clients tend to find the process stressful and tedious, taking enjoyment completely out of the process.

Over the past 10 years of building websites, our team has found a better way.

Through LiveBuild, we make web development a fun and collaborative process.

We can build your website live on Zoom, Google Meet or through a simple Phone Call in a matter of hours – not days, weeks or months.

What’s amazing is most of our clients  end up loving the LiveBuild process and especially, the close bond that they  develop both with our team and with their new website!

It’s built by us – guided by our clients  – for their customers.

2. Accountability

It seems like these days, most freelancers or big agencies are out to simply “milk” their clients dry. They sell whatever they think they can, not what their clients ACTUALLY NEED.

They also don’t care much about customer service and accountability.

To make matters worse, many of them operate overseas and lose control over the security of their client’s websites and intellectual property!!

We serve as a middle-ground solution – keeping our team tight-knit, responsive, and responsible.

We keep it simple – we will NEVER pitch you a service that we don’t think you absolutely need in order to be successful online.

We understand the risks of working with a new company completely online – you have to be careful.

Which is why our team is based locally in Orange County, California. We NEVER outsource work to other countries and we ensure that we hold ourselves accountable to deliver what we promise to each and every one of our clients.

We think of our clients as family .

3. Support

So what usually happens when a typical agency or freelancer finishes a client’s project and finally launches their new site?

They will try to force their clients to sign up for expensive packages offering “support and maintenance”.  These packages are typically overpriced and prove unnecessary for a majority of clients.

While we don’t disagree with the necessity for maintenance in certain situations, we fundamentally disagree with the approach most agencies or freelancers use.

We never limit our clients to how often they can reach out to us for support – regardless of whether they use us for ongoing maintenance or not.

We don’t like leaving our clients hanging.  It’s expensive to run a business these days, especially online, where the competition is almost endless.

So even if one of our clients hasn’t engaged us in a maintenance agreement (that is fairly priced and easily cancellable), we will always make ourselves available to provide support and guidance following launch.

We build relationships,  not billables.
