LiveBuild is a real-time, hands-on website development experience.

Onboarding

Let’s say you’ve decided to work with us – that’s great!

The first step is onboarding – where the purpose is to get you organized and situated with us. John or Brandon will guide you through the following next steps:

  1. We will setup a Vexon customer profile for you through our payment processor (Square). 
  2. We will send an invoice and confirm payment based on agreed-upon services.
  3. We will identify whether a domain needs to be purchased and whether we need to gain temporary access to any hosting or domain registrars (this may not be needed based on your specific circumstances).
  4. We will then schedule a LiveBuild Kickoff Call through Google Meet, Zoom or Phone Call (your preference) either the following day or at your earliest convenience.

  1. We will jump into the call – through either Google Meet, Zoom or a direct Phone Call (whatever you prefer!).
  2. We will begin by showing you the fresh copy of Wordpress (if we are starting from scratch).
  3. We will begin reviewing website comparables (websites that you like the look & feel of) to make sure we understand your taste.
  4. We will work with you to establish which pages need to be created and to organize the general layout of the website
  5. We will then ask for as much content from you as you can currently provide – this is following previous steps because we want to get a good idea of what content will be required before asking.
  6. We will organize your content and build those pages – assembling a header menu and footer.
  7. We will identify follow-up tasks and additional content to be utilized during later LiveBuild Sessions for you.
  8. We will schedule the next LiveBuild Call, which is the first LiveBuild Session.

  5. We never limit our clients or make them feel rushed during a LIveBuild Session – we encourage you to take your time and to experiment with us, so that way we can create the best end-result!
  6. At the end of the call, we schedule another LiveBuild Session, if needed.

    **If the website is ready to launch, we proceed to step 5 (launch + support)
